Cold war jets Bruntingthorpe
24th August was the day for fans of aircraft from the cold war to gather at Bruntingthorpe airfield in Leicestershire. Many iconic aircraft were on display and quite a few were fast taxied down the runway. Aircraft present included Buccaneer, Lightning, Harrier, Victor, Nimrod and VC10. Also present were some wonderful flying models of the Lightning, Vulcan and VC10.
